“Yog Eiah” is a form of Divine Reciprocity. Translated from Sanskrit it means “In the name of Yoga” – a devotional way of recognizing the art of yoga.  Building on the standard vinyasa flows the sequences integrates exercises from the Bartenieff Fundamentals such as swings and circles. The pacing is more Tai Chi like this weighted effort expands the use of breath and range of motion along with flexibility and balance.
